Classes

At Energize we offer a balanced programme of high and low impact classes catering for every age group from 7 to 70. Classes include Boxercise, Circuit Training, Tabata and the very popular Saturday Running Club. The Club also offer a number of other classes including Pilates, Aerobics and Salsa.
