As life expectancy increases and many people are expected to live well into their 80s Energize has put together a plan to help people stay active and get the most from their lives.

The over 50s fitness plan has been designed to counter some of the physiological changes that can affect our lives as we age. Keeping people active, able to enjoy life and function effectively in everyday life are the main objectives.

The plan includes a weight bearing exercise routine which is an ideal way to protect the body against conditions such as osteoporosis, heart disease, strokes and some cancers.

 

Individual attention

As part of the package each customer will receive

• A full Health/ Fitness assessment prior to participation in any physical activity

• A full induction on all equipment

• An easy to understand personal fitness programme

• A monthly Personal Training Session/ Review
